Every ritual is personalised and involves time, preparation, energy work, and physical ritual materials. All completed spiritual services remain non-refundable.

 

At MoonstoneCasting, every spell is prepared with genuine care, intention, and positive energy.  While spiritual work can never guarantee specific outcomes, many clients return again and again over the years because of the comfort, clarity, support, and positive movement they experience through the process.

 

Every situation unfolds differently, and spiritual energy can move at different speeds depending on emotional, practical, and energetic circumstances. Some clients notice shifts quickly, while others experience more gradual progress over time. For this reason, all spellwork should be approached as a form of spiritual support and guidance rather than a guaranteed result. My intention is always to work with honesty, compassion, and respect for free will throughout every stage of the process.

 

Complimentary Re-Cast Support After 6 Months

If you feel you have not experienced meaningful movement within 6 months of your casting, you may request one complimentary re-cast. In many situations, a re-cast is enough to help refresh and strengthen the energy surrounding the situation and encourage further progress.

To request a re-cast, please complete the Re-Cast Request Form LINK HERE after the 6-month mark has passed. Requests submitted through email or direct messages cannot be processed.

 

Additional Support After 12 Months

If, after the full 12-month cycle, you feel your situation has still not meaningfully progressed, I may offer additional spiritual support - such as a personalised energy review or complimentary re-cast support - depending on the situation and surrounding energy at the time.

Sometimes movement happens quickly, while other situations require patience, healing, personal growth, emotional shifts, or changes in circumstance before progress becomes visible.

 

I always encourage clients to allow the full energetic cycle to unfold naturally and to approach the process with openness, trust, and realistic expectations.
